Meet ACES Sabrina, an absolutely adorable bundle of joy and love.  Sabrina is a 3-year old orange belton who weighs about 55 pounds.  She loves to get as close as possible to you and look at you with adoration.

Sabrina is a bit shy around newcomers, but overall she’s a very inquisitive dog who wants to understand and explore the world around her. This makes her a quick learner. She picks up the routine of the house quickly and is very responsive to positive reinforcement. She’s also responsive to a politely spoken ‘no’ and has been very good with recall from the backyard.

Sabrina loves to go for walks and be exposed to new things. She is an active dog, who would make a great hiking or walking partner (even though she still learning leash manners). As you can see in her photos, Sabrina is true to her bird-dog nature.  She will find any bird in the nearby vicinity and go to a perfect point. When in the house, she settles down easily and understands it's time to just relax while the foster family works from home.  Sabrina is fine with the cat in her foster home, but we don't know how she will be around all cats, especially ones that will run from her given her hunting instincts.

As mentioned previously, Sabrina can be a bit shy at first, but once you’ve gained her trust, she opens up quickly and her true personality shines through. We’ve nicknamed her boss lady as she has gotten more comfortable with her foster family. She’s very good at communicating what she wants, whether it be cuddles or time to play, or even to go outside. She’ll give the look and you’ll know what she wants.

What Sabrina wants now is a forever family, can that be you?

SABRINA'S FRIENDS

Tracey & Allan Fogwill hope that Sabrina will soon be exploring every inch of her new yard in a loving forever home.

Sabrina sends an enthusiastic Setter "roo" of thanks to Margie & Peter Green for being her foster friends.
