Meet the very special and lucky setter named Grady. Grady is a 35 pound, 2 year old, orange and white setter. He came to ACES as a skinny little stray, and it seemed he had been on his own for a while.

Grady is a very smart little guy.  He is picking up life in his foster home nicely.  Grady is housetrained and lets you know with bit of a whine when he needs to go outside.  Grady has learned to come inside when he is called and is learning how to sit, stay, and walk on a leash.  He is a quick learner and is just a fun guy to work with!

Grady is crate trained and his foster dad crates him when he isn't home, but Grady does stay out of the crate overnight with no problems.

Grady is great with other dogs and people.  Grady has a LOT of energy and loves to play with other dogs.  He especially loves his 7 month old foster brother Cubby.  You can see them playing in this video. He seemed to get along with the clinic cats at the vet, but we aren't sure how he would do with them in a home environment.

A typical field setter, Grady loves to run in the yard and watch for birds and other critters – check out this video to see Grady enjoying the outdoors.

Grady really likes attention and is becoming quite good at snuggling.  He loves to rub his head on your leg and to get hugs.

Grady is a very fun-loving and sweet boy who will make his forever family very happy.

Bob & Margaret Radford hope that Grady will soon be running happily in his backyard and snuggling with a loving forever family.

Margie & Peter Green are sending lots of positive thoughts for Grady to soon be heading to his forever home!
