Hi, my name is Toby!  I am such a happy boy to be out of the shelter and living in my ACES foster home.  No one is quite sure why I ended up needing rescue, but I have settled into my foster home like a champ!  My foster mom says I am a very smart boy.  I am 15 months old and love being a puppy.  I have plenty of puppy energy but settle down pretty quick into the daily routine of the house.  I only had to spend one night in a crate since I don't bother anything that is not mine.  Pretty good for such a young dog, huh?  And, only one accident since I've been here.  I've learned to go potty outside.

I am such a happy boy that my foster mom has nicknamed me "waggle butt."  If I am moving, my tail is waggling!  I love playing with my toys and the other dogs in the house.  I play very well with all of them.  I just want everyone to be as happy as I am!  I've also been working on my leash training and basic commands.  My foster mom says I'm a quick learner.  She also told me I should write my letter to Santa before it gets too close to Christmas so here goes: 

Dear Santa,
This is Toby. I have been a real good puppy this year. I have not chewed on anything that was not mine! I have all the toys and bones a puppy could want. I live in a foster home and it is nice, but every dog should have a family of its very own. So this year for Christmas I want a family to call my own. A family that will play with me and love me, with a yard to run around.  The family can have kids or dogs, I like them both. I will love them for all time. I hope this is not too much to ask for.
